Shipping Instructions

3. Buyer is responsible for any customs delays or returns due to lack of proper documentation. Therefore, it is strongly recomendmend that you comprehend the local customs clearance policies and prepare all necessary customs documents in advance to avoid any customs clearance delays or unexpected costs.

Warranty

1. A 360-day warranty is provided starting from the date of pick-up from the seller.
2. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser who purchased the machine directly from CANAAN. Once the miner is resold, the warranty coverage becomes the responsibility of the re-seller rathan than CANAAN.
